More than 150 members and guests attended the Greensboro Builders Association 2013 Housing Forecast on Wednesday, February 6, 2013.

Rich & Kathy Dumas, R & K Custom Homes were presented the Lewis Award for utilizing the most Association members…..involving more than 40 GBA members…..in the construction of their homes in the 2012 Parade of Homes.

While R & K Custom Homes has continued to show new homes in the Parade of Homes no awards have been issued since 2008. Unfortunately cutbacks due to the economy has prohibited our local Builders Association from judging and awards for all Parade Homes.
