Your assigned Site Superintendent oversees the daily build while we guide you through choosing your finishes—like flooring, cabinets, countertops, and lighting. Our designer offers style-forward recommendations, and realistic allowances prevent budget surprises.

Once construction wraps up, we walk through every single room together. We inspect the mechanical systems, test special features, and note any final touch-ups needed to ensure everything is absolutely perfect.

Before handing over the keys, we review your closing package and show you how to easily care for your new home’s unique features. Then, it’s time to step into your beautifully crafted custom home and start making memories!
